Usually, our Wintecare team treats athletes in the days around a big competition with recovery and activation treatments just before and after a race. This usually takes place in a large and luxurious hotel with all sorts of comfort and technologies available.
This time I have to work alone and I want to be available to the athlete for a longer period of time. Thus, I can help achieve the very right preparation through targeted and adapted treatments. By doing this, we allow the athlete to recover quickly and follow their hard training program without the obstacles that may slow them down in achieving their maximum performance.
During this period I will try to document the different phases of the work and the experience itself through pictures and videos.
